We offer an extended warranty for a year after purchase free of charge.
If you are not covered by an extended warranty, we also guarantee repairs at a reasonable cost. Whenever possible, we provide user-replaceable parts and repair kits to reduce costs. We provide an estimated repair cost before any work is done. We want our products to have a long lifespan with you, and we will do our best to serve you.
Coverage
What does the extended warranty cover?
When you purchase Bento Lab, you have a legal right without an extended warranty to repairs or replacements for a set time period if the product fails due to manufacturing defects.
Our company is based in the UK, where your legal rights cover defects up to two years after purchase. Any shipping costs related to a repair or replacement are covered if the item is shipped within the UK. If you are based outside the UK, you will need to cover any shipping costs to the UK.
If you want more coverage, an extended warranty is an optional extra service.
We offer our extended warranty for a year after purchase free of charge. You can purchase extra years for this warranty if you want more coverage.
In addition to the basic cover provided by your legal rights, our extended warranty also covers repairs or a replacement if the product fails due to ‘wear and tear’. And our extended warranty covers for shipping for repairs from any country.

Exclusions
What does the extended warranty not cover?
The extended warranty does not cover aesthetic issues, or unreasonable damage.
This includes:
- Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage due to natural disasters or external events.
If the issue is not covered by extended warranty, we can offer an estimated repair cost before any work is done.
Terms and Conditions
Transferability: The extended warranty is specific to a Bento Lab serial number. It is transferable between users. If you lend your unit to a colleague, the unit is still covered by the warranty.
Cancellation and Refunds: The extended warranty can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
